2. High in fibre – If you are living with celiac disease, getting enough fibre in the diet can be a challenge. The minimum amount of daily fibre to aim for is 25 grams. In just two medjool date rolls, there is 7.5 grams, meeting over 25 percent of your need!

3. Source of magnesium – Magnesium is a common nutrient deficiency in those with celiac disease as well as the general population. This mineral is used in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body so it’s important to say the least. Symptoms of deficieny can include fatigue, muscle weakness, or mood among more. Stash some medjol dates rolls in your bag for an easy way to increase the magnesium in your diet!
